Key Responsibilities

• Apply cash / credit to invoices and resolve unapplied payments
• Manage customer master data and credit setups
• Respond to queries and coordinate with stakeholders
• Support month‑end / year‑end closing activities
• Maintain trackers and suggest process improvements
