Coordinating and managing sales-related administrative tasks, including order processing, quotation and inventory tracking
Assist in the preparation of sales reports & forecasts
Assist in the project base costing
Prepare quotations and pricing for customers based on accurate cost data
Other Requirements
Well versed in computer skills such as MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint.
Prior experience ERP systems will be considered a plus.
Candidates with experience in Precision and Automation industries will have an added advantage.
Qualification : Diploma or Degree in business administration.
Working Experience : Sales coordinator or administrative role, preferably 1-3 years relevant work experience
