We’re hiring an Accounts & Admin Executive with basic finance / accounting knowledge to support our daily operations.
You’ll handle invoicing, payment follow-ups, and general admin tasks in a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare and issue invoices accurately and on time
- Follow up on payments and maintain collection records
- Support basic accounting, data entry, and filing
- Handle office coordination and admin tasks
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience.Basic understanding of invoicing and payment processes.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and familiar with basic accounting systems / software.Good communication and follow-up skills.Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.Responsible, organized, and able to work independently.
