Overview
Oversee daily operations in the pack house and order fulfilment between pack house, sales team and Head quarters are effectively carried out.
Develop, implement, and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) for each work station to follow minimum GMP standards and any accredited certification obtained by company from time to time
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and agreements with external parties
To manage a team of workers and executives
To provide reports and analysis for management review
Packing House
Create production order using the ERP system and managing the order according the sales order
Oversee the Packing Room operations, ensuring proper handling, repacking, labelling, quality control and manpower arrangement including pack the orders according to customer’s order and requirements on a daily basic
Ensure inventory levels of packing materials to prevent shortages or overstocking
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure compliance with packaging regulations and branding requirements.
Warehouse Management
Supervise warehouse operations to ensure proper storage, inventory management, and timely order fulfilment.
Implement effective systems for inventory tracking and reconciliation using ERP System.
Address issues such as inventory discrepancies and space optimization.
Logistics
Coordinate with logistics team in managing the fleet team, ensuring timely delivery and return goods collection between pack house and Distribution Centre.
Optimize delivery routes and schedules to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Process Improvement
Analyse operational workflows and identify areas for improvement across departments.
Collaborate with department heads to ensure smooth communication and inter-departmental synergy.
Purchase Planning and Purchasing
To ensure accurate forecasting and procurement of raw materials, packing materials, and other finish goods.
Coordinate with Purchasing department’s compliance with vendor agreements and procurement policies.
Develop and execute strategies to manage the super-peak season ensuring smooth operations and increased productivity.
Leadership and Staff Development
Mentor and train department team leader and staff to enhance their skills and productivity.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
Foster a collaborative and motivated work environment to enhance inter-departmental cooperation.
Performance Monitoring
Define, monitor, and report on KPIs to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Regularly review inter-departmental KPI ratings and address areas needing improvement.
Prepare and present operational performance reports to senior management.
