Implement and / or setup process & system deployment, controls and compliance. Support to design new GIMS processes and workflow, implement new ERP system for new market. Align internal controls to ensure compliance with WSM process. Coordinate with external auditors and ensure a smooth audit process. Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax returns. General Ledger & Financial Reporting :
Maintain the general ledger and oversee day-to-day accounting activities to ensure a proper interaction and flow of information with other departments. Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow management. Monitor account receivables, reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly. Ensuring correct and timely payments to suppliers. Ensure compliance with WMS policies, accounting principles, IFRS standards and regulatory requirements. Financial Analysis & Budgeting :
Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement. Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making. Collaborate with business leader to develop and monitor budgets, and forecasts. Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and at least 3-5 years of experience in the accounting field, preferably within the China market. Accounting professional certification is required, such as ACCA, CICA, MICPA or any related certificates certified under MIA will be preferred. Exposure in IFRS will be an added advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent in communication and collaboration. Knowledgeable in SAP is preferred. Fluency in English is a must.
