Due to continued growth, we offer an exciting opportunity for a Financial Analyst role with strong Korean language capability to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. The successful candidate will join a team responsible for a broad range of Accounts Payable activities and will gain regional exposure with career-enhancing opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Be responsible for the functions of Accounts Payable – processing vendor invoices.
- Enter supplier invoices from vendors with supporting documents (construction completion report / purchase order / service contract).
- Highlight invoices dated earlier than the completion date and place invoices on hold for non-compliance with company policy.
- Ensure that the description of services / goods on vendor invoices matches the PO or service contract.
- Liaise with property managers / clients regarding invoices requiring verification or queries.
- Assist in payment runs – generating payment vouchers, updating invoice status, and uploading system-generated payment files to the shared folder.
- Process all requests received from countries in accordance with the Service Level Agreement.
- Provide timely responses and solutions to internal customer queries.
- Complete monthly closing in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure compliance with Corporate Policies, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements, and SSC processes and procedures.
- Any other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
What You'll Need
LCCI / Diploma / Degree in Accounting or Finance.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.Must be able to read and write Korean and have good spoken English.Organized, tactful, dependable, analytical and meticulous.Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.Computer literate, with Excel knowledge.Good interpersonal skills and enthusiasm.Additional Details
