We’re looking for a performance-driven digital marketer with a strong Meta background to join us. The associate is responsible for managing end-to-end programmatic campaigns, including planning, activation, optimization, and performance analysis across multiple platforms and channels. You will work closely with tech, data, and publisher partners, as well as internal teams and agency counterparts. While the role is mostly behind-the-scenes, you should be able to demonstrate subject matter expertise both in daily campaign tasks and in broader test-and learn initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily client requests, workflow & relationships.
- Develop a deep, trusted understanding of client's business.
- Harvest actionable insights, use learnings, and propose strategic recommendations or innovative test and learn opportunities.
- Attend client meetings and briefing sessions where required.
Executional Excellence & Campaign Management
Support campaign planning and execution across programmatic platforms (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk).Learn how to set up campaigns, monitor performance, and optimize based on data.Attend internal meetings, brainstorms, and client discussions where relevant.Design bespoke reporting dashboard and tools to effectively manage activity across multiple clients and platforms.Conduct daily monitoring of campaign; performance, pacing and discrepancies ensuring information is clearly communicated to the client and internal team members through regular established reports at key milestones.Identify potential performance / technical issues (both micro and macro) and address them as necessary with both a healthy sense of urgency and clear action points.Communicate to clients the best possible optimization through data and visualizations.Input and update optimizations in real time as parameters change.Establish clear systems to ensure all key campaign parameters are adhered to.Monitor media spend for a portfolio of campaigns to ensure on‑time completion.People
Work closely with client, agency stakeholders and internal team on the successful development, implementation and optimization of programmatic campaigns.Responsible for managing workflow and deliverables across the team and client.Attending all relevant vendor and partner meetings and researching new opportunities e.g., identify, negotiate and establish PMPs with relevant exchanges / publishers.Manage and mentor more junior members of your team, upskill their knowledge and skillset.Support and drive corporate culture initiatives.Commercial

Experience in planning, executing and measurement across all stages of the funnel is needed.Hands‑on experience of trading in DV360 and The Trade Desk and a strong understanding of the Google marketing stack is compulsory, experience across other DSPs.
