Penerangan pekerjaanMinimum 1 year of proven experience in international logistics and freight forwarding Solid understanding of global trade regulations, customs compliance, and shipping documentation (Import and Export) Strategic thinker with a strong track record of achieving measurable business results and driving growth Ability to coordinate with customers, resolve shipment issues, and provide timely updates on deliveries Strong customer service skills to ensure high satisfaction and smooth communication throughout the logistics process. Understand / experienced with China custom, familiar with the rules and regulation is a big plus Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in international logistics and freight forwarding - Solid understanding of global trade regulations, customs compliance, and shipping documentation (Import and Export) - Strategic thinker with a strong track record of achieving measurable business results and driving growth - Ability to coordinate with customers, resolve shipment issues, and provide timely updates on deliveries - Strong customer service skills to ensure high satisfaction and smooth communication throughout the logistics process. - Understand / experienced with China custom, familiar with the rules and regulation is a big plus
Job Description
- Ensure seamless coordination of global shipments, quotation preparation, and client satisfaction.
- Provide sales support by assisting with pricing strategies, quotations, and negotiations to secure new business opportunities.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with overseas shipping agencies, freight forwarders, and trade regulators.
- Leverage in-depth knowledge of freight forwarding operations and customer service(CS) processes to ensure the smooth execution of international shipments.
- Provide senior management with actionable insights, reports, and recommendations for continuous business growth.
Working days : Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm (non-shift)
