Customer Service Executive
- Good experience and effectiveness in closing sales.
- Provide professional customer support.
- Promptly attend to and communicate with customers to address their needs and queries.
- Acknowledge and resolve customer feedback, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner.
- Skilled in customer follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
- Collect and analyze customer satisfaction data and feedback for continuous service improvement.
- Provide feedback to improve operational efficiency and customer service processes.
- Manage the company's social media accounts professionally
Job Requirements :
Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field.Proven track record in successfully closing sales.Good and precise communication skills.Customer Service oriented and passionate about serving customers.Ability to remain calm and professional when handling difficult situations or customers.Proficient in using computers and digital tools.Experience in social media marketing (WhatsApp Business, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) is an added advantage.Working Hours :
Monday – Friday : 9.00 AM – 5.30 PM work from office
Saturday – Sunday : 9.00 AM 5.30 PM work from location
Off day : Thursday & Public Holiday
