Job Responsibilities :
We are hiring a Customer Service Executive to support our growing operations and deliver excellent service across our online platforms and physical showroom.
Key responsibilities include :
- Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok (text only).
- Coordinate with courier services to follow up on delivery and shipping statuses.
- Handle and process warranty claims in a timely and accurate manner.
- Attend to walk-in customers in the showroom and provide product assistance.
- Reply to comments on social media to engage and support customers.
- Respond to marketplace reviews (Shopee, Lazada, etc.) using provided templates.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering professional and helpful support.
- Learn product knowledge and understand internal operations to resolve issues and promote a smooth customer experience.
- Perform other ad hoc or administrative tasks related to customer service as needed.
Requirements :
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply – training will be provided.Good written and verbal communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.Mandarin is an added advantage, but not mandatory.Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with platforms like Shopee, Lazada, TikTok is a plus.Basic computer skills (e.g. WhatsApp Web, Google Sheets, etc.)Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn.Prefer candidates who can start work as soon as possible.Employment Terms :
