Customer Service Executive
, you will serve as a liaison between our company and customers, resolving issues and providing accurate product / service information. This is an exciting opportunity for Mandarin or Cantonese speakers to build a rewarding career in customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails related to customer inquiries, complaints, feedback, and product / service issues.
- Provide accurate information to exceed customer expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with your team to meet KPIs and SLA targets.
- Resolve customer concerns quickly and efficiently, while maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Fluency in Mandarin and / or Cantonese (verbal and written).Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to changes and work effectively in a team.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.SPM graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply (Full training provided).Previous customer service experience in the service industry is a plus.Must be willing to work on rotational shifts.Benefits :
