What you will Do?
Assist the New Business team and consultants in sales support activitiesCoordinate medical bookings and prepare necessary documentation for applicationsSupport consultants with meeting arrangements and policy delivery processesSubmit application documentation to insurance companies promptlyEnsure compliance with sales operations processes and update systems accordinglyYour Skills
Proficiency in Chinese and Cantonese, both written and spoken, is requiredMinimum of 1-2 years of experience in administration or customer service, preferably in insurance or bankingStrong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with colleagues and consultantsHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlinesProactive approach to case management and daily work responsibilities
