Penerangan pekerjaanA minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior accounting or finance role, preferably within the manufacturing or engineering industry A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Professional accounting certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, or CIMA) is highly desirable Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail Proficient in the use of financial software (Auto-count & SQL Accounting) and spreadsheet applications Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic finance team at Universal Standard Steel Engineering Sdn. Bhd. in Balakong, Selangor. As a full-time Senior Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our organisation's financial accounting and reporting operations.
What you'll be doing
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure the accuracy of financial records
- Assist with the month-end and year-end closing processes
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decision-making
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial support and guidance
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and controls
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to overall team success.
