Payment Gateway Operation / Manager (支付运营)

Manage internal operations for cross-border payment products and maintain communication and cooperation with external institutions / channels.

Liaise with and manage payment channels across different countries, assist the team in standardizing the channel onboarding process, and ensure the stability and diversity of payment channels.

Oversee daily management and maintenance of integrated channels, coordinate and resolve any issues or emergencies, ensuring smooth business operations.

Continuously optimize internal operations and sales support processes to improve service quality and provide effective support for business growth.

Lead the team in identifying and addressing issues in a timely manner, manage emergencies, analyze and summarize information, and propose effective solutions.

Ensure the smooth execution of financial transactions, guaranteeing the security, timeliness, and compliance of funds across transaction links.

Regularly monitor and analyze operational data, summarize findings, and propose optimization suggestions.

Maintain daily communication with external institutions / channels, continuously improving and optimizing user experience.

Qualifications :

Minimum of 2 years of operations experience, with a preference for candidates with a background in cross-border payments .

Bachelor’s degree or above, with fluent written and spoken Chinese and English .

Excellent communication and coordination skills, strong sense of responsibility and service, cross-departmental collaboration and team management abilities, and an outgoing personality.

Strong logical thinking, data analysis skills, excellent written communication, ability to handle emergencies efficiently, and high stress tolerance.
