HR Executive

Overview

We are looking for a competent HR Executive to join our team in Bandar Baru Enstek. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of HR best practices. Skills

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates for employment. Facilitate new employee onboarding process. Maintain accurate employee records and files. Manage employee relations issues such as conflict resolution, performance management, disciplinary actions etc. Ensure compliance with all legal requirements related to employment practices. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred but not required At least 2 years of experience in a similar role Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong understanding on Malaysian Labour Law is preferred If you have experience as an HR Executive or similar role within the HR & Personnel industry then we encourage you to apply today!
