Job Description

Plan, install, and oversee the installation and maintenance of electronic and instrumentation equipment, ensuring proper wiring, connections, and grounding. Responsible for the PLC system in the plant : plan, install, monitor, and maintain the system. Ensure the SCADA system is in good condition. Monitor the performance of electronics and instrument systems to identify and diagnose potential problems, breakdowns, and repairs that are required; proactively plan to rectify and repair to avoid unplanned downtime. Keep abreast of technological evolution, leading practices, and industry standards to upkeep and implement feasible technological enhancements that improve performance and efficiency. Research new materials and propose solutions that can be utilized or implemented to improve the functionality of electronic and instrument equipment. Manage suppliers, contractors, and vendors of the electronics and instrument systems to ensure maintenance, repair, or installation of equipment meets the requirements and performance expected by stakeholders. Maintain detailed documentation of all designs, installations, and maintenance activities. Develop and share knowledge in the area of expertise with the team to enhance competency and upskill the workforce. Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Electronics or Instrumentation or equivalent with minimum CGPA of 3.2 Minimum 2 years of working experience in electrical and instrumentation. Proficient in computer software including PLC programming. Additional Information
