As Head of Sales, you will lead the team toward high performance, oversee the sales pipeline, and contribute to our ambitious growth goals through both strategic direction and active participation.

• Oversee the entire sales funnel and key performance metrics across Malaysia, from lead qualification to successful deal closures.
• Guide and inspire the sales team to consistently meet and surpass monthly and quarterly goals.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer teams to develop effective sales materials, tools, and streamlined workflows to enhance efficiency and win rates.
• Work closely with counterparts to ensure strategic, messaging, and operational consistency across markets.
