Create standardized operating procedures (SOPs) forfood safety and quality management.
Conduct regular audits and inspections ofstore facilities and focus on ensuring food safety & quality standards andidentifying areas for improvement.
Maintain a robust documentation system for allfood quality and safety-related activities.
Responsible for examining food products for quality andsafety.
Conduct supplier audits to ensure that they meet food safetyand quality standards.
Continuously assess and update food safety andquality procedures to ensure they align with the latest industry best practicesand regulatory requirement
Ability towork independently and as part of a team.
Create, review, and update Standard OperatingProcedures (SOPs) for quality assurance processes to ensure compliance withregulatory and company standards.
Assist in preparing for internal and external audits byensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accessible.
Implement corrective actions and preventivemeasures to mitigate food quality and safety concerns.
