Account Management builds and maintains positive client relationships for the agency.

Collaborates with clients to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges, providing necessary resources, personnel, and budgets for successful campaigns.

Leverage data and market trends to inform strategy and ensure deadlines and budgets are met.

Reviewing campaigns for quality and consistency, we deliver results that meet client objectives.

Foster an environment of trust and collaboration to guarantee success for our clients and the agency.

Requirements

At least 1-2 years of experience in advertising or marketing, preferably in a similar role.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.

Positive communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

High adaptability on learning and project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once.

Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.

Primary Roles & Responsibilities Account Management

Understand clients' advertising needs, objectives, and challenges to develop effective campaigns.

Collaborate more independently with internal teams, including creative and media, for campaign execution.

Develop and monitor project budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.

Assist in preparing and presenting campaigns and presentations to clients.

Stay updated about industry trends and developments, incorporating this knowledge into strategies.

Collect and incorporate client feedback to continuously improve project processes and deliverables.

Management Leadership

Extend comprehensive support to the Account Manager in operational tasks.

Play a crucial role in evaluating project work with a strong focus on detail.

Actively participate in onboarding new account managers and project managers.

Provide possible innovative advice and solutions to clients and team members based on industry examples and experience.

Assist in organizing, maintaining, and overseeing project standards and guidelines.

Support account managers with detail insights on project briefs and schedules.

Campaign Execution

Assist in the production execution of digital and social media campaigns.

Support senior team members in making data-driven recommendations for optimization.

Ensure campaigns are on-brand and aligned with client messaging under supervision.

Vendor Management

Assist in building a comprehensive database and maintain strong relationships with all vendors.

Assist in negotiating with vendors on payment terms and additional discounts (when necessary) to meet margins.

Assist in ensuring C27 keeps a healthy database of vendors at all times.

Engage with vendors to ensure high-quality workflow and work output.

Assist in coordinating internal resources and third parties / vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

Client Relationship Management

Assist in fostering and maintaining client relationships, providing basic consultancy on the services provided.

Support in understanding client needs, requirements, and project constraints, and communicate them to the internal team.

Manage client expectations regarding work scope, deliveries, and limitations with some autonomy.

Assist in ensuring client approvals and sign-offs are received according to the timeline.

Collaborate with internal teams, including creative and media, to support the execution of advertising campaigns.

Resource Planning and Management

Assist in planning and managing the team’s workload on a daily and weekly basis, ensuring a balance of workload across.

Assist in planning project teams’ allocation for proposals and new projects, targeting 6 months visibility.

Ensure resource availability by utilising tools such as Teamwork platform.

Ensure milestones are created and updated as the project moves along.

Platform Management

Ensure all projects are broken down to milestones and tasks via Teamwork.

Reducing lead time between brief to task assignment targeting.

Avoid repetitive work, optimise and automate processes wherever necessary.

Internal Initiatives

To work closely (when selected) to execute & drive internal special projects as initiated by the CEO.

To ensure the brand image (visually) of C27 is consistent throughout while working with the internal branding team.

General Responsibilities

Collaborate with others - encourage discourse and critical thinking when collaborating with others.

Ensure effective interdepartmental collaboration.

To adhere to the CEO’s directions, instructions, & recommendations.

Ensure all work produced is of high quality with little to no errors.

Ensure all projects are submitted promptly, with precise content and clean formatting.

Responsibilities Towards The Company

To be responsible for the safekeeping and general usage of the Company’s assets in employee possession and Company facilities provided.

To be dressed presentably and to maintain professionalism during client meetings.

To uphold C27’s brand image at all times, during working and non-working hours, in-office or out-of-office grounds.

Miscellaneous Responsibilities

You constantly observe C27’s culture and practices, working to uplift the Company’s good name.
