About the role
We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join the dynamic team at our company. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting operations.
What you'll be doing
- Preparing and processing invoices, bills, and expenses for clients
- Maintaining accurate financial records and reconciling accounts
- Providing bookkeeping support and preparing report required by the management
- Liaising with supplier and customer
- Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
- Collaborating with the wider team to deliver exceptional client service
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role, preferably within a small practice or professional services environmentStrong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and software (e.g. SQL)Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressureStrong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with all partiesProficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly ExcelProactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality workApplication Questions
