Position Overview
We are a growing home gardening & agriculture supply company seeking a dependable Admin cum Account Assistant to support daily office and accounting operations. You’ll play a key role in keeping our accounts organized and admin workflow running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle invoices, filing, and data entry accurately.
- Assist in accounting tasks using AutoCount system .
- Support sales documentation, payment follow-up and office admin duties .
- Maintain proper records and coordinate with internal departments.
- Perform other general admin work as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum Certificate / Diploma in Accounting, Business Admin or related field .Basic accounting knowledge required.Experience with AutoCount or similar accounting software preferred.Able to communicate in English, Malay, and Mandarin to serve Mandarin-speaking customers .Responsible, organized, and independent .What We Offer
