Perform full purchasing functions in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures; assist in all aspects of purchasing, inventory management, negotiations, strategy, tools and process implementation for purchasing related to goods and services.
Manage the purchasing processes to include vendor solicitation and pre-qualification; price negotiation, sponsorship request, vendor performance feedback and monitoring; dispute resolution and vendor management.
Perform day‑to‑day administration tasks including attending to new enquiries and applications, checking patients’ attendance, collection of payment and maintain patient database.
Understanding and application of ISO 9001 QMS requirements.
Coordinate with Human Resource Department and Clinical Instructor regarding training programme conducted by supplier.
Perform other duties as assigned.
