Role Overview

The

Project Operations Specialist

will play a key role in supporting and optimizing Xenith IG's global Network Operations. This role is focused on driving consistency, efficiency, and quality across projects by managing documentation systems, creating actionable reporting, and ensuring alignment of processes worldwide. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative, with strong communication skills in English and a background in PMO, business operations, or professional services.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and champion project documentation tools and systems (e.g., Smartsheet, SafetyCulture).
• Create dashboards and reports, analyze data, and provide actionable insights.
• Monitor and maintain quality standards across all deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure project teams adhere to reporting standards and timelines.
• Drive alignment of processes and procedures across Network Operations teams worldwide.
• Identify opportunities for improvement, proactively address issues, and implement changes to Network Operations processes.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent outcomes.
