To carry out & assist daily operation and administrative duties.
To coordinate & prepare documents related to Sales Order processing.
Self-motivated, responsible, independent, able to work as a team and multi-tasking.
Job Requirement
Candidate must possess at least a SPM / Diploma in any field.
Preferred with min. 1 year experience in relevant field, however fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Proficiency with computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
Good command in spoken and written English and Bahasa Melayu. Conversant in Mandarin is an added advantage.
Pleasant personality and responsible.
Problem-solving & time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Self-confident, ability to work independently with minimum supervision and able to communicate effectively with all levels.
Working hours : Monday - Friday
: 9 : 00am - 6 : 00pm
