About the Role
We are hiring Multilingual Customer Support Representatives to join an exciting international customer service project based in KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur.
This role is ideal for individuals who are fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, or Japanese and passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
As a Customer Support Representative, you will handle both voice and non-voice transactions, assisting customers with inquiries, requests, and problem resolution with professionalism and empathy.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer support through phone, chat, and email channels.
- Manage customer inquiries efficiently while ensuring accurate information delivery.
- Handle escalations with a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Maintain professional communication aligned with company standards and market expectations.
- Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately in internal systems.
- Collaborate with team leads and trainers to continuously improve service quality and processes.
Requirements
Business-level fluency (both spoken and written) in Mandarin , Cantonese , or Japanese .Good command of English for internal communication.Experience :Preferably with BPO or Customer Service experience (voice or non-voice).Candidates from other service industries (hospitality, retail, travel, etc.) are also encouraged to apply.Skills :Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.Proficiency in using basic computer applications (email, CRM tools, etc.).Availability : Able to work on rotating day shifts (7 : 00 AM – 8 : 00 PM, Monday to Friday).Why Join Us?
