Key Responsibilities :

Project Leadership and Management

• Develop and manage all project phases, including scoping, business case approval, planning, budgeting, risk management, quality control, implementation, and post-implementation review.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Create project plans, schedule activities, and allocate resources.
• Coordinate with external vendors for sourcing, selection, and implementation of software products.
• Oversee cross-cultural IT teams and vendors, tracking deliverables, costs, schedules, dependencies, risks, and issues using appropriate tools.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage project budgets to ensure delivery within financial constraints.
• Negotiate and manage vendor contracts.
• Identify and implement improvements in project management processes.
• Monitor and report on project progress, issues, and solutions to stakeholders.
• Implement project changes and interventions to meet objectives.
• Lead and evaluate project team performance, including internal and external team members.
• Analyze project impacts, interfaces, and dependencies.
• Resolve business and technical problems, proposing solutions or alternatives.
• Track and report on project benefits post-implementation.
