Account Executive Payable (Non-Trade)

We are seeking an detail-oriented and responsible Account Payable Executive (Non-Trade) to join our finance team. This role involves managing the full Accounts Payable (AP) cycle for non-trade expenses, ensuring accurate invoice processing, timely payments, and effective record keeping across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Invoice Management : Process non-trade invoices and accurately enter them into the accounting system.
• Purchase Orders : Issue purchase orders when required and ensure proper documentation is in place.
• Accounts Payable Cycle : Monitor and manage the end-to-end AP cycle, ensuring timely resolution of outstanding or overdue items.
• Utility Management : Handle payment processing for all utilities across offices and outlets.
• Payment Vouchers : Prepare non-trade payment vouchers and ensure accurate supporting documentation.
• Accruals : Perform monthly accruals for recurring expenses when invoices are not yet received.
• Record Maintenance : Maintain organized and up-to-date filing of payment vouchers, invoices, and other AP-related documents.
• Reconciliations : Conduct intercompany and accounts payable reconciliations to ensure balance accuracy.
• Ad-Hoc Duties : Support additional finance-related tasks and other duties as assigned by management.
