Executive - Human Resources and Payroll

Penerangan pekerjaanDegree / Diploma holder in any discipline. Between 1-2 years experience in a similar capacity. Excellent command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Possess initiative, able to work independently and as a team Dynamic, highly motivated and a result-oriented team player with good interpersonal skills. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Monthly Salary (RM 2800 -RM 3500; will commensurate with relevant experience) Performance Related Bonus on a half-yearly basis for confirmed staff. Annual Leave 15 days. Medical Leave 14 days. Medical and hospitalization coverage.
Responsibilities
- Conduct New Hire Induction and explain the benefits and terms and conditions.
- Complete Confirmation, Extension Contract, Employee Movement, Transfer, Resignation, and Redundancy end-to-end process.
- Issuance and deactivation of the company access card for employee movement.
- Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner.
- Update the Medical Registration template for new hires’ insurance coverage based on the terms stipulated in the employment contract.
- Leave Management handling inclusive of the monthly leave reconciliation and document maintenance.
- Income Tax document handling for expatriate employees.
- Statutory handling for EPF, Sosco, EIS, and Income Tax.
- Assist and participate in ad hoc / special projects as assigned from time to time due to business requirements.
