About You
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy the challenge of meeting deadlines. With a strong desire to help clients, you bring a service-oriented mindset to everything you do. You're highly organized, capable of managing your own workload, and confident in your ability to deliver accurate payroll processing daily.
In this role, you will be part of a large outsourced payroll team, using various software applications to provide payroll services to clients. Communication, both written and verbal, is key as you will be supporting clients through email and phone. If you love the rhythm of daily payroll processing and take pride in precision, this position is a perfect fit.
Responsibilities :
Skills and Experience
2 years of payroll administrative experience
Knowledge of date-based and period-based payroll systems
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Motivated to complete tasks and meet deadlines
Willingness to help and support others
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to self-manage with high organizational skills
Education :
Diploma or equivalent
