Overview

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Reservation Clerk to join our dynamic team at Arena Hotel Kuala Lumpur. This full-time position will be based in our hotel in Setapak Kuala Lumpur. As a Hotel Reservation Clerk, you will be responsible for processing guest reservations and enquiries, ensuring a seamless and memorable customer experience.

What you\'ll be doing

• Handling incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online channels
• Accurately processing reservation bookings, modifications, and cancellations
• Providing detailed information about hotel amenities, services, and rates to customers
• Maintaining a thorough understanding of the hotel\'s inventory, availability, and pricing
• Liaising with other hotel departments to ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process for guests
• Addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Adhering to all hotel policies and procedures to uphold the highest standards of customer service
