Penerangan pekerjaanIdeal to have at least 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in fashion. Strong sales ability, exceptional customer service, and clienteling skills to build lasting relationships. Knowledge of inventory management, visual merchandising, and the ability to uphold the brand’s image. Staff Discounts – Staff enjoy up to 30% discount across all our brands. Summary of the Role
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive sales while representing the brand positively for repeat business. Assist customers with product selection and information while fostering a positive and ethical work environment.
Key Responsibility Areas
- Sales & Customer Service : Achieve sales targets, execute strategies, and provide excellent customer service while maintaining the brand’s luxury image.
- Store Operations : Follow SOPs for opening / closing, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure proper visual merchandising.
- Inventory & Reporting : Manage stock, conduct regular counts, resolve discrepancies, and update reports accurately.
- Compliance & Development : Adhere to company policies, handle customer concerns, and continuously enhance product knowledge.
