Sales Manager

Neotel Technology Malaysia is seeking a Sales Manager to manage customer relationships across Southeast Asia, focusing on key accounts and distributors.

Customer Engagement : Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distributors across Southeast Asia.

Sales Strategy : Collaborate with sales teams to create and implement strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion.

Technical Support : Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance, including product demonstrations, troubleshooting, and training.

Market Analysis : Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

Reporting : Prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and customer feedback for management.

Desired Qualifications

Education : Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

Experience : Minimum of 3-5 years in a technical sales or sales engineering role, preferably within the technology sector.

Skills : Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Languages : Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of additional Southeast Asian languages is a plus.

Travel : Willingness to travel extensively within the Southeast Asia region.
