Service Engineer (PG Division)

Provide Hands‑on technical support for Semiconductor’s group machine installation, setup, buy‑off, upgrade, troubleshooting, repairing and preventive maintenance at customers sites both locally and overseas.

Prepare reports which inclusive of service reports and provide feedback on technical issues with regards to machine performance.

To update the Management and other concerned personnel on the activities and progress of the job.

Respond to customer requests to troubleshoot problems and take corrective actions within deadline by communicating and working closely with HQ and Sales Personnel.

Conduct training on proper operation of the machine at customer’s site.

Develop and maintain close relationships with customers.

Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical) or equivalent. However, candidates with hands‑on working experience in the Semiconductor industry are also encouraged to apply.

At least 01 year(s) of working experience in the Semiconductor industry is an added advantage but Fresh graduates with a good mindset and attitude are strongly encouraged to apply.

Able to communicate in Japanese will be an added advantage although not compulsory as opportunities to learn will be provided upon confirmation.
