Supervisor (Vulcanization / Adhesive Coating)

Job Description :

• Assist the Section Manager in implementing and executing production plans.
• Evaluate the section's production capacity and ensure that all teams effectively carry out their assigned plans.
• Assist the Section Manager to conduct daily morning meetings and maintain accurate work logs.
• Develop and optimize standard operating procedures for vulcanization / adhesive coating processes.
• Monitor key control points to ensure high product quality and cost-effective production.
• Track on-site production progress to ensure seamless and timely operations.
• Promote employee participation in company-led training programs to enhance technical and theoretical knowledge.
• Implement and enforce 5S and safety management practices.
• Conduct monthly performance evaluations for the staffs.
• Verify and audit piecework / hourly work records for accuracy and completeness.
Requirement :
• Age
• Chinese language skills are required as this role has to report to Chinese management.
• Shift rotation is required for this role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment.
• Candidates with related work experience in vulcanization / adhesive coating in automotive manufacturing line will be prioritised in the screening process.
• On-job training program will be provided.
