Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and monitor the progress of marketing projects across our clinics in Singapore, Shanghai, Hangzhou, and Kuala Lumpur.
• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing communications strategies—online (web, email, social media) and offline (print, events)
• Manage and grow social media presence—posting, engagement, listening to brand mentions, and tracking competitor activity
• Utilize systematic approaches and tools to track project performance and KPIs.
• Analyze project data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
• Leverage IT systems to optimize cost control, performance monitoring, and business continuity.
• Utilize Generative AI tools to assist in creating mock-ups for websites, artwork, and marketing collaterals.
• Demonstrate ability, or fast-learning capacity, to use webpage editors and image editing tools such as Canva and Photoshop to refine and edit AI-generated mock-ups.
• Collaborate closely with HQ Directors, Doctors, and Clinic Managers to execute key operational initiatives.
