RPA Automation Developer

Penerangan pekerjaanPerform unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing of automation workflows. Debug and resolve issues to ensure the smooth functioning of automation solutions. Monitor existing automation systems for performance, reliability, and potential improvements. Update or optimize automated processes to accommodate changes in business needs or technologies. Address and resolve issues reported by users or detected during monitoring. Work closely with business analysts, process owners, and stakeholders to understand process requirements. Partner with IT and development teams to integrate automation solutions with existing systems. Document automation workflows, system configurations, and troubleshooting steps. Provide training and support to end-users on automated processes. Follow automation development best practices, including error handling, logging, and exception management. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, data security standards, and regulatory requirements. Research and recommend new automation tools or technologies to enhance existing processes. Stay updated on trends in automation, AI, and machine learning to identify opportunities for innovation. Implement monitoring mechanisms to track the performance and impact of automated processes. Generate reports and insights to demonstrate the efficiency and ROI of automation efforts. Develop and maintain low-code or no-code applications to support faster deployment of automation solutions. Customize tools and platforms to address unique business challenges. Strong skills in Blue Prism platform. Expertise in designing, building, and optimizing scalable and reusable automation frameworks. Proficiency in integrating automation solutions with enterprise systems (e.g., ESB, iSeries, databases and AI). Experience in fine-tuning automation processes for reliability, speed, and efficiency. Ability to resolve complex technical issues independently. Advanced knowledge of version control systems like Git and experience setting up CI / CD pipelines for automation deployment. Strong understanding of data transformation, processing, and analytics. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills within teams. A proactive mindset to contribute to process improvements and innovation. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills for process improvement. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present solutions to stakeholders. Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines. Passed the Malay Language (including oral test) at Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) level. Bachelor Degree (Honours) in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent recognized by the Government. Understanding of key design principles. Senior Developer : At least 4 years in automation development and experience leading projects or mentoring teams.
