Assistant Training Manager (Operations)

Penerangan pekerjaanBachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field. 5+ years experience in F&B training or operations. Strong communication and presentation skills. Knowledge of F&B service standards and safety protocols.
Job Summary
Responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and execution of training programs across operational units to ensure consistent performance, customer service standards, and brand compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and updating of training materials, SOPs, and modules.
- Coordinate and conduct onboarding programs for new hires.
- Support the delivery of operational training in-store and during rollouts.
- Monitor training effectiveness and provide feedback to improve outcomes.
- Conduct periodic evaluations and retraining as needed.
- Collaborate with Operations, RO and HR to identify training needs.
- Ensure brand and food safety standards are upheld across all outlets.
- Prepare weekly & monthly report progress of training.
- Perform training audit with report on weekly, monthly & quarterly.
