Customer Service(Assistant Officer) to support order processing and customer coordination tasks. This role is suitable for junior candidates who are systematic, customer-focused, and eager to learn within a dynamic manufacturing environment. Job Responsibility : Assist in processing customer orders accurately using the ERP system. Support daily coordination with production and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery. Update customers on order status, delivery schedules, and any delays. Support customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally. Maintain and update accurate records and generate reports related to orders and deliveries. Support testing, training, and data entry tasks related to the ERP system rollout. Work with other departments to improve customer service processes. Job Requirements : Minimum qualification of SPM / Diploma / Degree in any field will be an added advantage. 2-3 years of experience in customer service, order processing or sales support within the manufacturing industry. Familiarity with ERP systems
(e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.) will be very advantageous. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook). Willing to spend extra time to complete tasks. Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm
