Position 2 : Senior Legal Associates (Conveyancing & Litigation)
Candidate is able to work independently and monitor conveyancing, commercial and general litigation files. Strong background in handling sales & purchase agreements and financing documentation. Have extensive experience in drafting, reviewing, commenting a wide range of conveyancing, commercial agreements and litigation files. Possess a high degree of initiative, proactive and integrity. Administrative Clerk cum Receptionist
Candidates must possess a diploma in office management, business administration, STPM, or a related field. The candidate should possess strong organisational skills, be meticulous, and be able to multitask effectively. The candidate should have good interpersonal skills and be responsible, efficient, and proactive. Candidate must be able to work under minimum supervision and independently. 5-7 years of post-qualification experience in conveyancing, commercial and general litigation. Detail-oriented, highly organized & able to manage multiple transactions under tight timelines.
