Overview
Note : This role is based in Malaysia. Please apply if you are authorised to work without sponsorship. As a Sales Associate for Payment Gateway Solutions, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with potential clients, identifying their payment processing needs, and presenting our payment gateway solutions to meet those requirements. Your goal will be to convert leads into satisfied customers by effectively demonstrating the value of our products and services.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation : Proactively identify potential clients and generate qualified leads through research, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media channels.
- Sales Presentations : Conduct engaging and persuasive presentations to prospects, showcasing the features and benefits of our payment gateway solutions tailored to their specific business needs.
- Consultative Selling : Understand clients' pain points and business requirements to provide effective and tailored solutions that will enhance their payment processing capabilities and overall business operations.
- Quota Attainment : Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Relationship Building : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales cycle and beyond.
- Market Research : Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to effectively position our payment gateway solutions.
- Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive lead generation and product enhancements based on customer feedback.
- CRM Management : Accurately record all customer interactions, update lead status, and manage sales pipeline using the company's CRM system.
- Sales Reporting : Prepare regular sales reports and updates for the sales manager, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
Qualifications
