Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging AV technologies. Provide insights to improve solution offerings and maintain a competitive edge. Cross-Functional Collaboration Ensure alignment between sales strategy and operational capabilities for seamless project execution. Strategic planning, sales forecasting, and business development expertise. Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to drive results. Exceptional negotiation and contract management capabilities. Advanced communication and presentation skills for executive-level engagement. Technical understanding of AV solutions including system integration, control systems, conferencing, and digital signage. Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 7–10 years of sales experience, including 3–5 years in a managerial capacity within the AV industry. Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Proficiency in CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and MS Office Suite. Knowledge of leading AV brands and technologies (e.g., Crestron, Extron, Logitech).
TheSenior Sales Manager (Audio Visual Industry) w ill lead strategic sales initiatives, drive revenue growth, and expand market presence by delivering innovative AV solutions. This role requires strong leadership skills, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to build long-term client relationships while guiding a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
- Drive business growth through proactive pipeline management and market expansion initiatives.
- Business Development & Account Management
Identify and secure new business opportunities within enterprise, commercial, and corporate sectors.
Lead, mentor, and develop a results-driven sales team, setting KPIs and performance benchmarks.
Partner with engineering, project management, and marketing teams to deliver client-centric AV solutions.
