Lawyers On Demand . We’re looking for a mid level Commercial Contracts lawyer to join our fantastic team of lawyers, predominantly supporting a large financial institution. Responsibilities

Draft and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts, including MSAs and data protection issues. Maintain strong experience with commercial contracts, particularly sales contracts, ideally within the financial institution space. Experience with specific financial services commercial sales contracts (FX agreements, etc.) would be desirable. Advise on contracts from other jurisdictions, particularly the UK. Be flexible with excellent communication skills and the ability to work with the wider team based in different time zones. Qualifications

Experience as a mid level Commercial Contracts lawyer with exposure to financial services contracts. Employment details

Role is full time, starting as soon as possible and can be done remotely. Initial assignment is likely to be 12 months. Why Join LOD?
