Remote Online Coach / Trainer / Instructor

WedoTransformation is a digital-first fitness company helping people achieve real results through structured online coaching. Using our proven system, digital app, and in-house training, we make it simple for our coaches to focus on transforming lives — not chasing sales. We are expanding in Kuala Lumpur & Selangor and are looking for passionate Personal Trainers, Fitness Coaches, and Zumba Instructors who want to grow their careers in online fitness coaching. Responsibilities

Coach clients fully online through our app with workouts, nutrition guidance, and accountability.

Monitor client progress digitally and provide feedback.

Build and manage up to 12 clients monthly with our step-by-step system.

Participate in regular online training and mentorship sessions.

Work flexibly and manage your own schedule.

Requirements

Passion for fitness and helping people achieve results.

Based in Kuala Lumpur or Selangor.

Fitness certifications (ACE, NASM, Sports Science, Zumba, etc.) are a plus. If you don’t have one, we provide in-house certification and full training.

Good communication skills in English & Malay (other languages a bonus).

Responsible, committed, and willing to learn.

Comfortable with using digital tools and apps for coaching.

What We Offer

Step-by-step guidance to build and manage 12 clients monthly.

Income potential : RM2,200 – RM12,000 per month (commission-based).
