Senior accounts executive

Job Description :

• Financial reporting : Preparing financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss, and tax computations
• Accounting records : Ensuring the company's accounting records and systems comply with policies and tax requirements
• Cash flow : Monitoring daily bank balances, cash flow forecasts, and weekly payments
• Company performance : Assessing product costing and profitability, and monitoring company performance
• Accounts payable and receivable : Handling accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Client relationships : Building and maintaining relationships with clients, and acting as their advocate within the company
• Sales : Driving sales, setting sales quotas, and developing sales proposals
• Account plans : Developing and implementing account plans to retain existing customers
• Customer feedback : Collecting customer feedback to identify product and service shortfalls
• Communication : Communicating updates, progress, and results to clients
• Issue resolution : Resolving issues promptly and efficiently
• Bookkeeper Key Person : To ensure all documents and information are properly protected.
