Penerangan pekerjaanFamiliar with HSSE standards and regulations (e.g., OSHA, DOE). Minimum 2 years of relevant experience; experience in the logistics industry / warehousing is an advantage. Possess Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) or equivalent, or completion of Safety and Health Coordinator Course. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software. Able to conduct HSSE inspection, audits and briefing effectively. Good communication skills in English and Malay; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage to liaise with Mandarin-speaking teams. Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments of the warehouse facilities, equipment, and safety practices to identify and mitigate hazards.
- Coordinate and deliver safety training sessions for employees, contractors, and visitors on HSSE procedures and emergency response.
- Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive HSSE programs, documentation, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations and company standards.
