We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Team Lead – Inside Sales (Azure) to manage a high-performance tele-sales engine focused on Microsoft Azure Cloud solutions in the B2B - APAC market. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership and cloud sales expertise with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the Inside Sales team for Microsoft Azure Cloud.
- Set and track sales targets; hire and retain top talent.
- Coach team members to close performance gaps.
- Drive B2B cloud adoption and upsell Microsoft Azure solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle and ensure solution alignment.
- Stay updated on Microsoft licensing and compliance.
- Build strong ties with Microsoft, clients, and internal teams.
- Represent Inside Sales in key meetings and align on goals.
- Monitor KPIs and ensure CRM / data compliance.
- Provide timely reports and dashboards to stakeholders.
What we are looking for :
8-10 years in B2B sales, including 3+ years leading cloud / Azure-focused teams.Proven track record in high-volume inside sales or tele-sales for cloud solutions.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (Fluent in English & Local languages).Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and sales tools.Analytical, self-driven, and able to perform under pressure.Microsoft Azure certifications (AZ-900 or higher) are a strong advantage.Seniority level
