Job Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager in daily branch operations and customer service.
• Supervise staff on cat care, grooming, and cleaning standards. Enforce and adhere to each SOP accordingly.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests inquiring about the services provided.
• Respond promptly and professionally to telephone calls and email inquiries regarding booking requests or questions.
• Assist customers in selecting appropriate packages based on their specific needs.
• Process bookings and reservations, ensuring accuracy while maintaining confidentiality.
• Prepare invoices and receipts for payment processing and record-keeping purposes.
• Maintain inventory levels and report shortages.
• Ensure cleanliness of lobby, rooms, and common areas.
• Assist and work with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Act as person-in-charge when Branch Manager is unavailable.

Requirements

Female candidates preferred.

Must be a cat lover with passion for pet care.

Leadership & KPI-driven – Ability to lead a team and achieve sales targets

Retail & customer service experience – Understanding of sales and hospitality

Proactive, punctual, and reliable in team supervision.

Social media, photo / video editing skills are an added advantage.

Diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Proficiency in Malay & English.

Willing to relocate – Preferred for Klang Valley branches

Work Schedule

Rotational shifts, including weekends & public holidays.
