Branch Manager

We are looking for highly dedicated and experience individuals to monitor, control and supervise our Service, Repair and Tire Service Center with 15 service bays at Shah Alam Section 15. Autohaus KL currently operates 12 car service and tire centers in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor with the expectation to grow within next year to capture more market and areas. Job scope :

• Planning and controlling business operations
• Managing quality assurance program
• Serve as primary point of contact when there are customer issues related to work quality, customer service, or accidents and mishaps on-site.
• Overseeing inventory, distribution of products and floor arrangements
• Analyze process workflow, employee and space requirements and equipment layout; implement changes
• Manage staff levels, wages, hours, contract labor to revenues
• Lead and support branch managers in delivering best service to customers
• Work closely with Operation Director and management team to set and / or implement policies, procedures and systems and to follow through with implementation.
