IT Executive (Sunway Quarry Industries)

Overview

• Install and configure computer hardware, peripherals, operating systems and applications.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
• Assist in the comprehensive troubleshooting of system, network, hardware, and software faults, by offering support through in-person visits, phone communication, or remote assistance tools.
• Establish good working relationships with inter-department teams and vendors.
• Liaise with other departments or employees in system set ups or solving issues.
• Liaise with vendors for purchase and repair of computer hardware, peripherals and any other IT related items.
• Support to roll-out new applications at HQ or quarry site offices.
• Prioritise work tasks to ensure that IT matters are resolved within the time frame given by senior team members.
• Assist in other administrative functions for the department, including filing and retrieving of documents.
• Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time.
