Penerangan pekerjaanPreferably 2 – 5 years of relevant experience in a metal or plastic injection manufacturing environment. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. Positive attitude, proactive mindset, high integrity, and strong interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide materials support for ongoing production activities.
- Coordinate with the Production Planner on material requisitions and purchase order (PO) issuance.
- Review long lead-time items for confirmed customer orders and release orders accordingly.
- Generate and release purchase orders based on ERP shortage reports.
- Follow up on PO confirmations, backlogs, and open POs to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare monthly materials status reports and highlight exceptions to the Manager.
- Perform physical goods receiving and system updates; generate incoming inspection reports for sub-out orders.
- Carry out any other duties as assigned by your superior.
